Staff & Teachers

The Weekday School team creates a classroom community that becomes a second family for your child. We are deeply aware of this privilege and responsibility in selecting your child’s staff and teachers, who are committed to nurturing the smallest toddlers and preparing older children for life and the transition to kindergarten.

You will find many years of teaching experience and strong educational backgrounds among our teaching staff. Our teachers are trained in child development and regularly receive in-service training. Students and staff also benefit from two resource teachers, a Curriculum Specialist and a Christian Education teacher.

The high retention rate and length of service of the Weekday School staff have a strong impact on the quality of the program—many of our teachers have served the school ten or more years.
